MBS NAMES McGIRL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

WARRENSBURG, MO -- The American Legion Boys State of Missouri, Inc. Board of Directors named Stephanie McGirl an Administrative Assistant at their program headquarters in Warrensburg, MO effective immediately.  McGirl will take over for current Administrative Assistant Dawn Grimsley who will be relocating with her family this spring.

McGirl previously worked for the Warrensburg Housing Authority for ten years, including one year as director of the organization.  She also worked briefly for the Missouri Valley Community Action Agency in Warrensburg.  She brings a wealth of not-for-profit experience and enthusiasm to MBS.

She is an avid dachshund figurine collector, has an impressive collection of Snoopy memorabilia and enjoys reading and renting movies.

McGirl is a native of Harrisonville, MO and currently resides in Warrensburg with her husband Gene and her two daughters Ashley (18) and Ariel (14).
