Sunday marked the beginning
of Schools of Instruction for
the 70th session of Missouri
Boys State. There is a school
that offers something for everyone
at Boys State.
There is a Legislative school,
a Law school, a School of
Government Executives, Law
Enforcement academy, and the
Democracy Academy, which
takes facets of all of the other
schools, and, if you like to be up
to date on “the latest,” then the
school for you is today’s school,
the School of Journalism.
The School of Journalism
has three departments: Television,
Radio, and Newspaper.
The Newspaper is in charge
of reporting the latest news
in the MBS Record, which is
published daily and released at
breakfast.
The TV department runs
KMBS-TV, which broadcasts
at the general assemblies. The
Radio department broadcasts
every night on KMBS-radio.
Look for all of the journalism
school’s publications every day. |
