Jon Sundvold

Jon Thomas SundvoldFounder and President of Sundvold Capital Management in Columbia, MO. Collegiate All-American basketball player and NBA Veteran. He was selected by the Seattle SuperSonics in the 1st round (16th overall) of the 1983 NBA Draft. A 6'2" shooting guard from the University of Missouri, He played in 9 NBA seasons from 19831992. He played for the Seattle SuperSonics, San Antonio Spurs and Miami Heat. His best year as a professional came during the 1986-87 season as a member of the Spurs, appearing in 76 games and averaging 11.2 points per game. In his NBA career, he appeared in 502 games and scored a total of 3,886 points. He is also an honorary member of the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity and was initiated to the Gamma-Kappa chapter at the University of Missouri-Columbia on April 14, 2006. In 2006, he was inducted as a member of the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) Hall of Fame. He is also a member of the University of Missouri Athletics Hall of Fame and a member of the University of Missouri Basketball All-Century Team.
